The Cosmic Web

A very warm welcome to The Cosmic Web, a space I have opened up to share the process of coming home to a new way of being.

And the point comes when you realise that there is a job to be done. That there is a new way of being.

And all that remains to do is to respond to those deep inner promptings and allow that divine spark within full expression. Fully surrendering now and creating space for the joyful expression of who I AM.

I’m so happy to be able to have Agnessa on the show with me on Feb. 29th on Fiona & Friends. Agnessa and I met on Twitter  and she immediately struck me with her beautiful connection to spirit. We then connected on Facebook and ‘chatted’ and then became friends.

I’m so looking forward to our next episode of ‘Fiona and Friends’. This coming Wednesday I’ll have the very lovely Andrew Davis in the studio talking to me about following the raw food lifestyle.

I met him a few months ago when I took part in Genesis Sunfire’s spiritual bootcamp which many of you will have heard about as I documented the whole process in blog posts and videos.

Andrew began transitioning to the raw food lifestyle 7 years ago and today he has a company which sells raw food products in many high street health food stores around England.

We’re going to be chatting about the challenges that you can meet along the way to ‘going raw’ as well as how Andrew has been building up his business.

And in addition to that, we’re going to be having a friendly chat about all sorts of things and even open the lines to you, the callers, in the second half so that you can ask Andrew any questions you might have or just say hello.

I’m thrilled that ‘Fiona and Friends’ is about to start. After several weeks of thinking constantly about it and not being completely sure of how to do it all, I just totally surrendered, picked a date and jumped in.

So here we are, ready to launch the show.

I’m really feel that I’m being guided by something so much greater than myself. This show has so wanted to be birthed and so here I am , just trusting and showing up and allowing the universe to do its work.

It feels great that Jen Duchene is with me on the first show. When I tuned in, she just appeared and so it was all settled right away. Funny how things have a way of manifesting perfectly when we just get out of the way.

I am excited at the thought of what lies ahead. I am so open to the challenge and know I will meet some absolutely amazing people along the way.

And I know that I am part of the great Mystery.

Yay! After a long wait I have at last got the wheels turning for the second slot on Blog Talk Radio.

This will be a Wednesday show which runs for 90 minutes from 8pm GMT and will also be available as an archived recording afterwards for those of you can’t listen in live.

Once a fortnight I will have a friend live with me in the studio, chatting about all sorts of things that interest us both. I’ll be doing some informal interviewing and having fun sharing the space with all of you. In the second half of the show you can call in to the studio and ask my guest or myself any questions relating to what we’ve been chatting about.

My very first guest on my very first show will be Jen Duchene whom many of you have met through the audio interview I published on this site a few months back: Meeting Spirit to Spirit with Jennifer Duchene.

Jen published her first book, ‘Le Chic Cocoon’ and we’ll be taking a look at how things have been in the aftermath of becoming a published author as well as touching on all sorts of topics that we both have fun chatting about.

I’m so excited about all the new changes that have been happening here over the past few weeks. But the one that stands out more than all the others is my venture into live radio shows.

I’ve created a Bliss Talk on the Cosmic Web page on this blog which you can see by clicking on the tab above. I’ve included a video I made telling you all about the show that now runs on Sunday evenings at 8pm GMT.  I hold this space for you all to call in and receive a short soul reading  or general spiritual guidance. Click on the link and find out more.

And so I’m going to extend this energy onto a mid-week slot too, most probably Wednesday. Many of you will have listened to or watched the interviews that I have published on this site and know the type of work that I do.

I thought it would be a lovely idea to transfer some future interviews onto the live slot on Blog Talk Radio. That way many of you can listen in live and will have the opportunity to ask questions in the second half of the show. It makes our connection so much more dynamic and vibrant.

I feel that having this interaction will take things to a completely new level.

And what sort of things can you experience in the new show? I’ll be inviting beautiful souls I resonate with to share their lives and work with us in relaxed dialogue. Music, books, therapies, healing, community projects will be on the agenda and many other topics.

In the meantime I am already exploring new avenues and allowing spirit to speak to me in whatever way is most appropriate. Life is becoming much more inspiring and I am loving the challenges that are presenting themselves every step of the way.

Sometimes it looks as if things are really quiet and that nothing much is happening. And then I’m amazed when vibrant new life comes bursting up through the earth to grow into something magnificent.

Right now my life is changing in so many ways. One of the main reasons for this is because I have been working through a 30 day challenge with Aquara Soma. We took ourselves to a new space together, one that was so well known to us at the same time. Through our dialogue we made a wonderful re-connection with the resonance we embodied, one that had so often remained hidden in the past.

And this resonance revealed so many things to us that we already knew about ourselves but hadn’t taken the time to fully honour.

It’s as if a switch has been thrown and now we are resonating with that vibration that we have always been. Doors are opening, things are becoming clearer, the way ahead is lighting up.

I am experiencing a real sense of alignment. And things that felt like a struggle before are now seeming effortless.

So it seems like it is the right moment to begin to share all of this.

One of the biggest things that is unfolding for me is the realisation that it is time for me to be back out there facilitating workshops and connecting more with everyone. And above all sharing a lot of the experiences I have had on this journey.

And part of this development is the recognition that it is time to create some events locally, together with Aquara, to celebrate this new energy.

We are in the process of piecing together our first joint event for women which will be held very soon here in Bristol. I’ll be posting details of it in the next day or two so that you can tune in and see if you’d love to be part of it. So please watch this space for further details. We’d love to have you on board.

I love being able to connect with wonderfully inspired people and share with you the conversations I have with them. My latest spirit to spirit connection was with Muriel, who is a talented singer-songwriter living in Glastonbury, UK.

It had been several years since I had first heard her sing live at Chalice Well and in the meantime she had been on quite a spiritual journey continuing to create music as she went.

So I loved having the chance to spend a whole day with Muriel, filming, chatting, having lunch and putting our encounter into context so that we could share it with you.

We had a long chat together about her songs and spiritual connection with life, how she grew up and what inspired her to create her albums.  And it was lovely to hear about other passions she has beyond her music.

And there’s a real treat in here too as Muriel sings some of her music for us. She is one of those singers who sounds as good live without any backup as she does on the albums which have been polished and fine-tuned in the studio.

I’m loving doing this 30 day challenge and tuning in to what is truly resonating with me on a soul level. It’s hard to stay in that place all the time, so I’m committing to bringing my awareness back to it whenever my energy wanders to other places.

Through this commitment I’ve come to realise that being in this space means I cannot go for compromises and pretend that things are okay when they aren’t.

It just doesn’t make any sense to tell stories and try to make things easy for everyone.

This video shares how a recent experience was for me and how I stayed within the resonance I am becoming more and more familiar with:

And now I’m simply tuning in on a daily basis to see what is working for me and what isn’t. As a result it is becoming easier to openly say how things are for me.

I also get surprised when I sit there and realise that there are things I’m just not resonating with and that I don’t need, and so the next step is to graciously and lovingly let them go. I’m finding that this is getting easier. It just becomes a natural process. But hugely important because it’s all about me honouring my soul.

So I’m getting a sense of what a massive impact this 30 day challenge is having on me and my life right now.  I can feel the increased groundedness as well as a sense of much more joy and acceptance of everything just as it is. I’m feeling more on purpose and can tangibly feel that there is a great deal to come which will hugely impact me and everything around me.

I’ve always believed that when I think about doing things and feel scared or nervous in any way, this is a sure sign that there is a great opportunity for growth in it. When Aquara and I discussed this, we both felt the huge adrenalin rush as fear made itself felt in our minds and bodies. But feeling fear is not a reason to not do something.

Someone once told me that fear is frozen exhiliration. So just breathe deeply and move through it.

I realised that making this video and blog post would be the perfect way to make us accountable so it was the logical first step. Now all we have to do is put everything in place to allow this to start on Saturday 1st October.

‘We look at our problems and think there’s no way we can do this differently. It’s just like looking at a room and thinking there’s no way to move these pieces and make the room look different because it’s never going to work.

I have discovered that we just need to jump in, just decide to do it, and miraculously it works. When I do a room rearrangement, I don’t plan it.

I have no idea what I’m going to do when I get there because I don’t know what needs to be done until I am physically moving the room around. I don’t let myself pre- plan it. It sets up all these pre-conceived ideas and blocks out any chance to be surprised by creating something amazing. When you go into your own life, when you go into a room, just think, well, let’s see what I can do.

Many times, I think to myself, ―I don’t know what I’m going to do here. It’s just such a hard room. How am I going do it? There’s nothing to work with.‖ Then I get stuck in, start moving stuff around, and suddenly everything falls together by itself. Sometimes this is how we need to look at life and our cocoons or potential, without knowing the answers. We just need to make the first move. It’s almost like the river runs the other way, and then you say, “I never would have thought of that”.’
